The staff at this place were extremely friendly, the breakfast served in the restaurant was excellent with a variety of simple dishes to choose from, and the surroundings were well-maintained, offering a beautiful view.

We loved the cozy accommodations at this quaint hotel. the rooms were beautifully designed, complete with a four-poster bed and a charming balcony. the staff was friendly and welcoming. the hotel's location was fantastic, just a short walk from the Church of Saint Francis and close to Fort Kochi's main attractions and shopping spots, and even the open sea.

The location and the design of rooms were very good.
But maintenance could be better. Hot water was not available + we saw two live earth worms inside the room. We landed up at the Hotel at 11:15 and found that the kitchen was closed - we survived on whatever fruits were kept in the room.

The staff here are very friendly and helpful, providing excellent service, and the a la carte breakfast options are exceptional.

The location by the harbour entrance was great always activity to watch and the ocean breeze.
The hot water was very unreliable, your room key also opened our friends room and the room safe wasn't bolted down you could just walk away with it.

Good location to the famous fort Kochi shopping streets and very nice area. Besides, easy to get to Fort Kochi Beach.

The restaurant food is very good. The building is very nice.
Their website is too nice compared to the hotel. We chose this hotel because of the nice pictures, information. Swimming pool very small, very dirty. No chance on having sun. (a lot of trees) View is on sea and most of it on Industry!!! Located next to armyarea. Sitting in garden is no fun, relaxing because of the many people who are 'working' next to you.

Ideal place with highly courteous staff from management to dining staff to local tour guide, really enjoyed it. The location was amazing, at a medium distance from Fort Kochi Beach.
